HF Construction Trailer on County Propery
The HOA Board has received
numerous complaints regarding the
construction trailer parked on the grass off 32nd Street at the end of
A Street. The developer recently moved the trailer there to satisfy the
Town's requirement that it be removed from Hirst Farm. As it now
resides on the developers land in Loudoun County, neither the HOA Board
or the Town of Purcellville has jurisdiction. As such, complaints
should be directed to Loudoun County via the County's Website.

National Propane Buyer's Co-op
A meeting was held at the Purcellville Train station in
December, to discuss with David Jaray, owner of NATIONAL PROPANE
BUYER'S CO-OP a deal he is proposing to Coalition members of Hirst
Farm. Mr. Jaray came to the Coalition with a deal to swap out our
propane tanks with new ones (with the negotiated price payments spread
out over a minimum of 12 months) that will be owned by the
homeowner. His company will dig up the existing tank, bury the
new one, arrange for pick up of the replaced tank by their owner, and
negotiate fuel prices that are far below what we are currently paying.
The meetings , provided a forum, to give the membership an opportunity
to ask questions and get immediate answers.
Whatever agreement that results from the negotiations with Mr. Jaray
will be initiated by individual contracts between the Coalition/HOA
Member and Mr. Jaray. It is an individual decision that is not
binding on anyone else.
